Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time
  • Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items ship within 7–14 business days (timeline provided at checkout).
  • Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
  1. Carriers & Methods
  • We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on service area, cost, and delivery speed.
  • Standard, expedited, and overnight options are available at checkout where offered.
  1. Shipping Rates & Taxes
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service.
  • Free shipping offers (if any) will be clearly stated at checkout and apply only to qualifying orders.
  • Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to locations where Emma’s Crystal Studio is required to collect tax.
  • International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
  1. Delivery Estimates
  • Domestic (US): Standard 3–7 business days after shipment; expedited 1–3 business days.
  • International: Typically 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs.
  • Delivery estimates begin after the order ships and are not guaranteed.
  1. Packaging & Protection
  • Items are securely packaged to protect fragile crystals and suncatchers. Extra padding and sturdy boxes are used for breakable items.
  • If you need gift wrapping or special packaging, select the option at checkout (additional fee may apply).
  1. Tracking & Notifications
  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for carrier tracking updates to appear.
  • If you don’t receive tracking info within 3 business days of order confirmation, contact us.
  1. Insurance & Damage in Transit
  • Domestic shipments over $50 include basic shipping insurance. Higher-value insurance is available for an additional fee -select at checkout or request before shipping.
  • Inspect packages upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, keep all packaging and photos, and contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
  1. Lost or Stolen Packages
  • If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package, check around the delivery location and with neighbors first.
  • Report missing packages to us within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier; resolution times vary. For claims, proof of non-delivery may be required.
  1. International Orders & Customs
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and any import fees. Delivery times may be extended by customs processing.
  • We cannot mark items as “gifts” or undervalue shipments to avoid duties.
  1. Address Changes & Failed Deliveries
  • Please ensure shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
  • If a shipment is returned to us for an incorrect or undeliverable address, customer is responsible for return shipping and re-shipment fees.
  1. Order Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if not yet shipped. If an order ships before cancellation, standard return procedures apply.
